Welcome to Pinz Prints! The name comes from a childhood nickname given to me by my dad and a process in art that I truly enjoy. My name is Lindsay Wede and I love the field of Art and find it everywhere! As part of a team of amazing art teachers at Ames High School, I currently work with art students in a variety of art classes and with the Ames High Art Club and NAHS. I strive to make a difference and I consider myself a lifelong learner. I love working with students and my own child on creative challenges. Whenever I can, I invest time in creating art. My inspiration comes from exploring places, meeting new people, and spending time with my family and friends. Like myself, this site is a work in progress.Browse the site to learn more and continue to check in. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you!
My goal is to create meaningful artwork that you truly enjoy!
BOOKS: As my own family and extended family have grown, I have found great joy in writing and illustrating children's books that are inspired by these very special people. I strive to make them educational and engaging to lots of readers. More information on my books can be found on the next tab and link below. http://www.pinzprints.com/books.html.
